Audi A4 / A5 B8 Android Radio – Low or High MMI? Which Unit Fits?
This page covers the Audi A4 B8 (2008–2015) and A5 / S5 / RS5 (8T, 2007–2016), including the S4 and RS4. Erisin units replace the factory screen with a larger Android 16 display and keep the original Audi radio and controls. They do not fit the older A4 B6 / B7.
Low or high configuration?
- Low – no factory navigation (MMI with the Concert or Symphony radio and the smaller screen). Choose units ending in AL or AR (for example ES3974AL).
- High – factory MMI navigation with the larger screen and a NAV button. Choose units ending in HL or HR (for example ES4774HL).
Left-hand or right-hand drive
The last letter shows the driving side: L for left-hand drive, R for right-hand drive (UK, Ireland, Australia, South Africa).
