Choose your warehouse
On the product page, pick Ship From. Choose the warehouse closest to you for the fastest delivery. Stock and price can differ by warehouse and model.
Choose your shipping
Enter your address in the cart or at checkout. You see every shipping method available for your country, with its exact price and delivery time, before you pay.
Track your parcel
Once dispatched, we email your tracking number so you can follow your parcel online until it arrives.
Which warehouse for my country?
- United Kingdom → UK warehouse: local delivery with no customs or import VAT. UK DHL Local (1-3 days), or Royal Mail Tracked for small items.
- European Union → Germany warehouse: local EU delivery with no customs or import VAT. DHL within Germany (2-4 days), DHL to other EU countries (3-6 days), or German Postal Tracked for small items (4-7 days).
- Australia → Australia warehouse: local tracked delivery (AU Eparcel) with no import tax, for models stocked in Australia.
- United States → US warehouse: some models are stocked in the USA: US DHL Local (2-4 days), no import duty. Other models ship from Hong Kong by DHL Express (3-5 days).
- Canada and the rest of the world → Hong Kong warehouse: DHL Express (3-5 days) or tracked postal methods for small items.
The methods, prices and delivery times shown at checkout depend on your country, the warehouse you choose and the weight of your order.
Shipping from Hong Kong
- HKDHL Express (3-5 days): our fastest worldwide option.
- Priority Line-EU (5-10 days): to the UK and most EU countries, all taxes included, nothing to pay on arrival.
- Priority Line-AU: to Australia.
- Small items (up to 2 kg): Economy Postal Tracked, Expedited Postal Tracked or DHL Paket (7-20 days), at low prices.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated from your country, the warehouse and the total weight of your order. You always see the exact price at checkout before you pay.
- Tip: put all your items in one order. Separate orders are shipped and charged separately.
- Want a signature on delivery? Contact us before ordering, as an extra fee may apply.
- No shipping option for your address? Some products cannot be shipped to every country from every warehouse. Try another warehouse, or contact us for a shipping quote.
Customs & import taxes
- UK, EU and Australia: choose your local warehouse (UK, Germany or Australia), or Priority Line-EU from Hong Kong, and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- USA: no import duty from our US warehouse.
- Other shipments from Hong Kong (including the USA and Canada by DHL Express): your country’s customs may charge import duty or VAT on arrival, paid by the buyer.
- EU addresses: please use the Germany warehouse. Shipments from the UK warehouse to the EU may be subject to import VAT.

Delivery tips
- Check your shipping address and phone number carefully at checkout. The carrier may call you before delivery.
- Parcels are delivered without a signature unless you request one.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse it or open it in front of the courier, keep the packaging, and send us photos within 7 days so we can help.
- Delivery times are carrier estimates after dispatch and may be longer during holidays or customs checks.
